How to Activate Roadside Assistance?
For this service to be active, the vehicle must be transferred by the customer to a notary. After the vehicle transfer process, you must activate your roadside assistance service by following the steps below. Policies that are not activated within 14 days will be considered invalid.
Steps to Activate Certificate
You can start your roadside assistance service by scanning the QR code or by entering the certificate code, license plate, Canadian ID number, and chassis number on the roadside assistance page of your expert document. After purchasing the vehicle, the certificate is valid for 1 year after the date you activate it by entering the system. These services will be activated 24 hours after the activation of the certificate and cover special cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles that do not exceed 3500 kg. The model year of the vehicle must be 2000 and above. The specified services are only valid in case of emergency. Therefore, these services are valid 25 km away from our customer’s permanent residence. This certificate will become invalid when the vehicle exceeds 300,000 km. This service is only valid if the license holder is with the vehicle.
There is no obligation for the license holder to be at the vehicle for company vehicles. This certificate is not a traffic insurance or insurance policy. It can never be sold for money. It is a gift from Future Towing Auto Expertise to its customers and is only formed as a result of an expert report. A certificate without an expert report and a wet stamp is invalid.
